PuntoTorrent is a really nice tracker for the Spanish People. I Have no idea why i have it but if i'll ever try to look for any kind of soap opera at 3AM with a bucket of ice cream after suffering from amnesia and figure out that my dad is my brother i'll know where to start looking :P
it offers a variety of content.. from Comic Books to DVD Music Performances and General 0-Day torrents. There are almost 20,000 members with great speeds, but again... it specialized in Spanish content so if you are not Spanish you won't find anything special here, but if you are, i'm guessing you will find it as torrents heaven.
