I suppose the OP is talking about the Italian stuff. We definitely can't compare this tracker with the rest well known English general trackers, but i have an Italian friend who has every other tracker and bitvaulttorrent is still his favorite one

It is my first time to see this tracker so I can't judge it through real life experience but it is very clear from the main torrents page that it doesn't have many peers even for new torrents. The content doesn't look to be international and only good for Italian people so the rating is too high.
