Recently, They Introduced New Version Of PTN (V3) & Made Lot Of Changes.
They Also Decided To Drop Total Traffic System, & Move To upload Counting Only, As Such Only Upload Traffic Will Count In Promotions & So On.
The Downloading Rules Are Simple: Seed Back What You Download To At Least A 1:1 Ratio Or At Least Try To. If It's Impossible For You To Seed To 1:1 Ratio, Then You Must Seed For Atleast 72 Hours Within 14 Days Of Completing The Torrent. Failure To Do So Will Be Marked As A Hit & Run(H&R), & It Will Be Dealt With, Accordingly.
