As the name suggest, Old Toons World (aka oldtoons.world) is a ratio based private torrent tracker for Cartoons mainly, with almost 12k torrents and 10k users. This tracker is more than a year old now, not long they started their journey. And recently they have migrated their site from NexusPHP to UNIT3D and now OTW is being called v2.0.
This tracker has a collection of old classic cartoons, cartoon movies, animated movies, games, manga, comics and content of this type. Download speed is quite good. Active community. Gets regular uploads. There is a limit system available to avoid HnR. You'll have to seed at least 7 days every downloaded torrents (after being migrated to Unit3D). The bonus point system is active. Also they have an active request section and forum section too.
Maintaining ratio is easy but not that easy either (personal opinion, after v2.0). There are some freeleech torrents too. Overall, it's a best tracker to have if you're into cartoons and this type of content.
