OKPT is a small Chinese tracker, like most trackers you can find a variety of encodes, from blu-ray disc to many encodes.
But it also has a unique collection of classic movies in the best possible HD resolution.
They have around 3k active users and 7k torrents. I will rate only the content because i have found a few unique titles.

Can i Upload?
Power User or above can upload torrents directly without going through offers section. Peasant or above can add offers.
When the number of offers passed by the user is greater than or equal to 5, user can upload torrents directly without going through offers section.
An offer becomes approved when supporting votes for it are 5 more than objecting votes.
Offers will be deleted if not approved 72 hours after added.
Offers will be deleted if not uploaded 24 hours after being approved.
Seeding
You must seed until your torrent reach ratio 1 or 3 days.
FreeLeech
Torrents larger than 20GB will automatically be FreeLeech.
Blu-ray, HD DVD Discs will be Free Leech.
First episode of every season of TV Series, etc. will be FreeLeech.
