Insane Tracker is a Hungarian general private tracker with big content and members database. Most content come with Hungarian subtitles and or Hungarian audio. They have good amount of English content as well. Insane Tracker has about 48000 members and about 78000 torrents in all categories. Insane Tracker is a ratio free tracker where only upload counts and you only need to seed for 24 hours or to 1:1 ratio after download completes and sometimes they set the whole tracker to no H&R system. Tracker interface can be set to different languages from the login page but this doesn't affect the whole tracker and you still need to use translator. Insane Tracker doesn't allow RARED content upload and they allow lots of Scene and P2P releases. Speeds and pre-times are average and not many torrents are well seeded.

it's just a v2 with cool dark stylesheet, nothing to review about a new stylesheet i guess.
