Indietorrents is a tracker that focuses on Independent labels only. An independent record label (or indie record label) is a record label operating without the funding of or outside the organizations of the major record labels. A great number of bands and musical acts begin on independent labels. This site is great to find those hard to find releases. Lossless uploads are not allowed here as they beleive in supporting the little guy.
The site had some issues recently and had been down for roughly 2-3 months. The site is back up now and is powered by Gazelle and a lot of other changes made in the right direction. All old accounts were restored. However all old torrents were lost and the site has basically started from scratch.
