Tracker Description

FileList is a Romanian general trackera. It has English interface in most parts. It is consider the best in Romania. They have theis internal ecodes for Movies,TV and Music like playHD, playTV, playMUSIC, playON, playXD, playMB, FL, playSD. Many files are freeleech and they have added bonus points system which can be exchanged into upload credits. They have most of HDbits.org internal encodes and they are freeleech. Speeds are very good and community is great and friendly. Their only required rule is to have good ratio.Their have some issues like that their maximum upload speed is set to 100 mg/sec so if you are using ADSL line or seedbox with more than 100 mg/sec speed not all your upload will be counted. Also they don't support multiple IPS when downloading and seeding.

This seems to be a good tracker that I hope to be in someday. I only need to ask for a few things that is not clear enough in this review, just to make a complete opinion about this tracker. First, how the bonus system work? Is it easy to gain 500 points quickly for example? Also some of the lines are poorly translated. Can anyone tell the privileges of "Power User" class in the user information section?

you get bonus points when you comment on torrents or hitting the thanks button and not when you seed torrents
you will need long time to make 500 points as you can say thanks only for 5 torrents then you have to wait for about 1 hour till thanks function re enabled
about poor translation,it is Google translate who to be blamed not me of course

We use an IRC system to get more points.

You idle on IRC with the same Nick as the username on the tracker and you get FLPoints. 2FLPoints = 2Hrs / 10 = 1FLCoin

The Power User class in the same as in all trackers ... can see NFO and plus can apply for Uploader.
