Blu-bits is a new HD tracker that was just started in the past few months by one of our members here at T-I. It may be new, but I believe it has a lot of potential. It currently has around 7200 users,15000 torrents, and an active request system. It has reasonable rules and a nice bonus system where you get .1 points per torrent per hour, with a maximum of 2 points an hour. You also get points for uploading torrents and being active in the forums.
