Is there any good alternative tracker similar to BitMe.org without invitation system?

@Cyrus have a look at Yokel's e-Learning poll on TI's login page to get an idea of what the TI users think is the best.
My recomendation would be BitSpyder. Its a general e-Learning site, it does have an invite system but the invite are easy to find.
