Bithorlo is an old general Hungarian ratio-based tracker
With database of about 52K users and 80k torrent contents of TV Shows/Movies/Music/Games/0Day is available there,

It is ratio-based, all torrents have to be seeded for at least 48 hours or ratio 1:1
