I dont know about the worst but yeah they ban a lot....I dont know why , they used to be great....
why they shared this regim from WCD , PTP , BTN , even bitme.org...

They stop respect the users , even good ones...Torrenting was about fun , they ruined that...

There staff has always been friendly with me. They helped me get out of ratio watch when I was about to lose my AB account.
You are making an absolute statement even when worst or not is a relative concept. They are pretty good in comparison to SHD as when I visit their forums it looks like a graveyard. Every next person is banned for a reason or two. I had a chance to interact with staff of Pedro's, I know what does dictatorship means.
