ZOMB Birthday/Anniversary on Feb 1st.

The torrent site went up on February 1st, 2003 under the original url zwanonline. The website had initially been around as a Zwan forum in 2002 that substituted for official sites when the official forums were being moved to other servers, which I was also working on at the time for the Smashing Pumpkins and Zwan. That's all the history I'll get into right now.

So it would be silly to stop the current ratio free period, and it won't hurt to have it go for a little while longer, so it will end on Feb 3rd, 2021.
