The third party reseller that they use is un-contactable, the data center itself has informed us that the rack that the servers is on is bad and it needs to be fixed, however they will only deal with the reseller as there is a cost associated with the repair. They can't get hold of the reseller either. So until someone gets hold of him they are in limbo."
