U2.dmhy News - BBCode Update

We updated BBCode formatting recently. It now supports deeper nested tags, has more security and has lower chance to leave an unclosed tag in complicated or misuse cases.
Some rules are updated also:
1. Text inside an img/url tag is no longer formatted as BBCode. It means no more image links.
2. When you need a space in spoiler/quote tags' caption, you need to use quote marks. e.g.
