The scene may not be releasing avi files as fast as they once were but they ARE still releasing some of them. Until such time has elapsed that makes it obvious they're not going to release the final episode of a season in an avi container, you should refrain from submitting a mixed season pack with scene/independent rips. No content is missing from the site without a season pack while the single episode torrents still exist.

When you submit a mixed pack early you only inconvenience the people who were downloading it when it gets deleted because it's been replaced with one that has all or more scene releases.

No scene/ind packs may be submitted without prior approval.

On another note, if a video originated with a 16:9 aspect ratio, it should maintain that aspect ratio. There have been a few independent rips that were converted from 16:9 to a 3:2 or 1.5:1 aspect ratio. Rather than 720x404, 640x360 or 624x352, someone is converting them to 720x480 and they look terrible. Please check the resolution of your independent rips before you bother submitting them and wasting everyone's time and bandwidth.
