TVChaosUK news - Upload Rights Now Removed Until Further Notice

First of all, thank you to those who have uploaded old series packs. However, we seem to have a sort of free-for-all where we once had good packs created by TVC members, but they are being replaced by packs from other sources, in particular from scene sources. I am sorry, but we do not want that. We would like our original packs back.

In addition, we have Rules regarding how uploads are titled and Descriptions made, and in some cases these are being ignored. Please see along the bottom of every page Pages -> Rules:

As a result of this, we have removed upload rights to all groups with the exception of Uploaders and Cappers. This is hopefully just a temporary step.
