OK, some further clarification...several people have reported problems using the password reset function (forgot password). You will need to remove all trace of the old site and clear cookies from your computer before attempting to log in. From the log in page ask for a password reset and then check your email spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Please be aware that the site is far from being finished. We wanted to get it up as soon as possible so that you can get your shows, but it is very much a work in process. Please don't flood the staff with messages about this that and the other not working...they know!

And the email is taking a long time to come through, potentially 40 minutes (with a 60 min limit on the token). Only do the request once and check your email.

Yes indeed, it's very messy in all honesty. There is "another" site which uses the same interface, where I gave up with my existing account and created a new one. As you say, it took until the next day before I received confirmation of the new account/login details.

I have a feeling that people won't like this new platform, but at the end of the day, it's all about the volume of tv and ongoing efforts by staff/cappers which count!!!
