Wait times revoked till 20th of May 2016

For the first time since last 10 years, we will do a beta-testing of removing wait times for all torrents for ALL user classes, for 1 week, starting effective immediately till end of 20th of May 2016. wow really interesting!

The download wait time for new users was the main reason i was telling to users to stay away from TL. 7/10 new users were getting banned because of this stupid rule or they were forced to donate in order to save their account (this was TL's master plan in order to get more donations).
