TorrentCCF : Update News

This update includes the following:
Replace the benc engine to improve seed parsing and encoding speed;
Strip the timing execution program to improve the problem of slow page file loading;
Increase the secondary verification (2FA) function, which can be enabled or disabled in the security settings of the control panel;
When the tracker returns to the peer list, the connectable state is no longer filtered, and the client can get more peers, which may increase the upload and download speed;
The picture verification code is replaced with reCAPTCHA to enhance the human-machine recognition ability;
Increase self-help setting of free and topping functions for seeds (need to consume magic);
Some other minor fixes.
