Recent changes to myanonamouse: An explanation

To all our fantastic Mice,

There have been a lot of assumptions and rumors going around about what is happening to MyAnonmouse. We just want to set it all straight and put your mind to rest.

The previous owner handed the site and server over to a new owner. The would mean that everything should have been switched over to the new owners name. Unfortunately, the previous owner stopped cooperating in the middle of the process and we, as the staff, had to move in a different direction to protect the site and all it stood for.

This is the reason for the new IRC, so that we can continue to support the site in real time, if anyone should need help, or an invitation to the site. We now have full control instead of relying on another servers moderators.

There are changes to the site, yes, but they will not stop following the site's motto: Friendliness, warmth and sharing. We are doing our utmost to improve the site and site experience of all our members here.

We will continue to use the ticker and front page to announce any other changes to keep you all up to date.

We did want you all to know, MyAnonamouse.net is not going anywhere, and we will not change from the friendly site we have always been. The MyAnonamouse.net will just be a stronger community.
