INFO! Automatic management of inactive accounts - important information

Dear Users,

In our ongoing effort to maintain security, order, and the smooth operation of our tracker, we are implementing an automated system for managing inactive accounts.
What does this mean in practice, and what are the criteria?

Starting May 12, 2025, the system will regularly monitor user activity and take action against accounts identified as inactive or abandoned. Here are the key details:

Accounts must be at least 90 days old to be included in the system.

If a user has not logged in for 30 days, the account will be marked as inactive.

If the account remains inactive for an additional 120 days, it will be automatically deactivated (soft delete). This means the user will lose access to the account, although the data will be retained for a specified period.

This policy applies to users in the following groups: User, PowerUser, SuperUser, and Leech.

How can you keep your account active?

Simply log in at least once every 30 days and stay active in downloads to maintain your status.

If your account is deactivated, you can request its restoration by contacting a MOD or ADMIN.

We encourage regular activity – it's the easiest way to ensure uninterrupted access to your account.
