Pirate internet TV network shut down after raids by Policia Nacional
Spain - An illegal TV network which distributed pirated channels via the internet has been shut down by Policia Nacional.
Over 3000 people have had their access to the system removed, with no chance of getting their money back. It’s understood the operators were making over half a million euros in profit a year from their actions.
The two operators of the service in Ciudad Real were detained in raids carried out this week. Equipment and cash were confiscated during the raids.
