it was quick for me, around 10 minutes.

is anyone else having trouble connecting to the IRC?

I am getting " Connect retry #3 irc.notwhat.cd (6697)" as well

I used mibbit to connect to the irc channel and it worked for me.

Can't connect at all. Tried on three different clients, including Mibbit.
