NG banner competition for the next quarter in 3D!

Firstly we would like to thank users for feedback to restrict competition, and can reveal that we have chosen to implement your proposals for the laying of the seasons theme. It is worn, and is about to be repetitions of something we've seen before. It is time for renewal and graphic challenges so common theme of the month: June, July, August, Graphic images in 3D. Additionally, we have listened to you who believes the vote does not always reflect your wins, therefore, the three best locations in the user vote now get their banner on NG for a month each, per quarter.
