For safety reasons we changed the operation of the RSS and the services associated with it.

Changes:
• From now on, everyone has their own RSS feed, achieved through a unique link.

• The passkey is appended to each link.

Changes for autodl-irssi users:
• change in the download url, there will be no longer needed in the cookie.

We would appreciate if someone would write or send a PR about the issue with the autodl-irssi plugin and the nCore tracker file so that the transition will not cause problems.

Changes in general rules:

Custom RSS feed link involves deny of access for the public.

The changes now apply, the transition period lasts until 1 May.
