Tracker is in testing, and shows signs of working on new DB server

Tracker is back live, and with new DB server home, showing about twice sustained handling rate. Errors in clients should be going down. Main site migration still in progress.

We've discovered a bit of missing data related to the tracker, and have it offline to reload the data (and roll back any accidental stats caused by this. Tracker shouldn't be offline for too long.

Missing data loaded (including even more found). Tracker is back online, and again handling at high speed.

Tracker is fully back online and appears to be working fine. Data migration is still in progress (hampered by the faults that have been causing crashes).
Website is showing some faults due to newer mysql version. Site will not be back up until either then end of 2024-01-19 UTC, or maybe even 2024-01-20. We are sorry for the delay this is causing, but it is unavoidable.
