India - Pirated DVDs raid: One person arrested

Mysuru, February 10:- City CCB and Devaraja police carried out a raid and arrested a person who was illegally making pirated DVDs of movies at Devaraja Mohalla here on Friday.

The accused has been identified as Hemanth Kumar (45) of Gangamma temple road, Devaraja Mohalla. The police have recovered 2,430 DVDs worth Rs 1,00,000. The police also recovered three machines, one colour printer and 1,000 colour papers.

CCB police inspector Jagadish, ASI Chandregowda, Yakub Sharif, Chandregowda, Ramaswamy, Niranjana, Ananda and others carried out the operation.
