1.The new accounts with both uploaded and downloaded amount being 0 would be deleted if users have not logged in within 7 consecutive days or registered over 30 days.
2.Packed accounts would be deleted if users have not logged in for more than 180 days in a row.
3.Unpacked accounts would be deleted if users have not logged in for more than 90 days in a row.
