I have read in some post that HDSpain don't bans for ip change in accounts, but I say from experience that yes they do,Quote:

they give invites every 3 months. sd 1 invite, hdtv 2 invites, fullhd 3 invites. and they look good users, forums actives, and good uploaders and downloaders.
I have a friend, he invited me 5 or 6 months ago, and I did a stupid resell, my customer is banned, because my client register with the same name of other fourms, and to my friend quit the 3 invites in his account, and he hasn´t invites anymore.

HDcity.es closed the invite system, days later hd-spain close it too. Well, they wont take long before they open again ;)
