HD-Bits.ro - Spring Cleanup And New Seeding Policy

As you probably noticed, we've started the spring cleanup, a little late if you ask me...All double accounts, fakers and users with global ratio under 0.4 and account older that a month or users with more than 20 hit and runs over time will be disabled when they are caught.Take good care of your accounts from now on, and thanks from being with us.My best regards to our fellow long time seeders.

For freeleech torrents.I'm sick and tired of all the leechers, not seeding their torrents, and even worse, saying they do but they don't, and they even have the nerve to complain about it, imagine that....So, from now on, each freeleech torrent should be seeded properly for at least 3 days uninterrupted, or least 1 week cumulated time in one month or untill you reach a 1/1 ratio and 24 hours total seeding time cumulated in one week on that torrent.Punishments for disobeying the policy are:

on the first offense - 8 weeks warning
on the second offense, account disabled.

This new policy was implemented to keep our torrents alive, as most of you don't care about seeding once you've reached a positive ratio, or even worse, you don't care at all and you keep on practicing your hit and run skills thinking that we don't know what you're doing...well, not anymore, not on my watch...i will set a few examples starting from today, and then we shall see who's respecting his account and deserves to own one here.This new policy DOESN'T apply to our current staff, ViP and donor members, however, it does for former ViP members, regardless.

Another Note: Like punishments for bad users, we will always award a few random prizes consisting of GB uploaded here and there to our good users.Just pm me with proofs once you've reached a 100 days individual seeding time on more than 100 torrents in total size bigger than 100 GB, and i'll add an amount of 500 GB upload credit to your account as bonus for your commitment to HD-Bits.
