Regarding downloading, it is becoming clear that many new users have the erroneous impression that SciHD is a hard place to keep a good ratio and are scared to download. Nothing could be further from the truth. We have a very generous "seed credit" system in place that will allow you download everything you would ever want, you just need to seed back past the required minimum 72hrs. This helps the whole community, and keeps the content alive.
This being said, we will be disabling inactive accounts on a regular basis from now on. Please do not take this as a threat, that is not our intention. But we do expect all users to be active in one way or another. If you have any questions, please use the IRC support channel, forums or support tickets and we will be happy to help.
