최근 건의에 대한 유저 분들의 의견을 어느정도 반영하여 다음과 같이 새로운 프리리치 정책을 시행하고자 합니다.

1. 모든 프리리치(Freeleech) 자료는 20%가 아닌 100% 업로드 반영으로 변경됩니다.
(기존 : 1GB 업로드시 200MB만 반영 -> 1GB 모두 반영으로 변경함)
2. 그동안 모두 프리리치 대상이었던 팩자료는 업로드시 자동 하프(Halfleech)로 설정됩니다.
3. 다만 시더나 리쳐가 부족한 다소 시일이 경과한 (최소 7일 이상) 팩자료는 운영진 혹은 자동 시스템에 의해 프리리치로 변경될 수 있습니다.
4. 그 외 프리리치 대상은 유저 요청에 의한 운영진 승인, 운영진 및 업로더의 임의 선택, 비인기 고용량 자료로 제한됩니다.
5. 기존에 설정되었던 팩 프리리치 자료는 해제 없이 그대로 적용됩니다. (다만 고정자료 설정시 프리리치는 일시 해제될 수 있음)
6. 간헐적으로 전체 혹은 부분 카테고리 프리리치 이벤트를 실시하도록 하겠습니다.

그리고 적당한 시일 내에 게릴라 오픈 가입 및 미사용 유저에 대한 회원 정리를 실시하도록 하겠습니다.
