Old rules are back, I guess.

Hi guys,

soapbox and I really wanted to bring this page back to live again, but there have been more complaints than supporters honestly, so I want to say that the old rules will take effect again (minimum ratio 0.35, donators are immune and no hit and run rules). SMCGILL uploads are allowed again. Soapbox won't be active here anymore, but I will be here with some Super Formula and Super GT encodes, thanks to yuno. I will make 720p versions from now on and they'll be free leech, so I guess all are happy with it.
