We have been noticing for some time that users do not adhere to their seeding times and do not fulfill their seeding obligations. These are often stopped well below the seed time of 48 hours and the minimum filtration ratio of 0.7. Guys, we're not monsters, but we can't tolerate this anymore. If seed behavior does not change, we will be forced to warn some or refuse to download until their behavior changes.
