China's high-definition network from now on, to stop all new user registration.
Clean all users that do not meet the account to retain the rules in 12:00 on the evening of July 11, account to retain the rule as follows:
(1) (Brigadier) Veteran User and above grade will always retain;
2 (company commander) Elite User and above grade users archive account (Control Panel) will not be deleted account;
archive account user for 180 days without logging will be deleted account;
60 consecutive days. archive account user login will be deleted if;
5 traffic users (ie, upload / download data to 0) for 15 consecutive days without logging will be deleted if.

I created an account there last year, never logged since, 6 months after it still active :beer:
