Staff chdbits only see many members with status: 6GB Up and Dn OR many members with status < 70GB upload/download.
Then if they want only good members, why they Not have official recubriment in all forum Chinnese trackers.
The staff chdbits still is new they need more experience with rules tracker & tolerance with new members.

Oh my god that assesment is insane! It might be possible for some users but surely not everyone. I agree with Blitz that this new tracker is nothing like the former actual CHD was, I was hoping this would change, but with these crazy policies, they gonna be losing users oftenly.

http://www.hdpter.net is newer and has better potentials ,EPiC is now internal team there.

If you want good encodes you should not be looking at the likes of CHD and MT, their primary goal is the dissemination of new Blu-ray sources.

Many of the staff at CHD are from MT.

As for HDpeter it may have some future but they do not seem to have the same infrastructure or domain for more than a month. HDPeter is just a rebirth of another Chinese tracker that escapes me at the moment.

well, with or without seedbox there is not any problem fill bonus points ... problem you could have with Upload if you dont have 10mbit plus line :-)
