Important Notes For Everyone (old & new users!)
Because we think these notes are very important for all users of CGPeers, we made the decision to make it available in multiple languages - powered by a well-known chatbot.
The main language of CGPeers and CGPersia however, remains 100% ENGLISH.
Forum Access
Having an account on CGPeers does NOT mean you have an account on the forum! Those are two different things.
To join the forum, we require users to have a good ratio (2+) and upload stat (10TB+) and be a member here for at least 4 months.
Please read the rules.
There are a lot of people getting banned because they have not read the golden rules of CGPeers.
Prevent your account getting banned! Go read them NOW before it is too late.
Global Freeleech On CGPeers
CGPeers is currently in global freeleech, which means there is not nessecarily a cost to download torrents. However, we would really like you to seed back what you took!
Keep in mind that a bad ratio will make it harder (or impossible) to get your account back if it gets disabled.

Some of you could already see a ratio because of older data that was still in place. Now, you will see your ratio with current data.

Global Freeleech
Do not worry, the site is still in global freeleech and will stay that way.
Abuse
But... we noticed some members abusing the system and were only leeching. We do not want this behaviour on CGPeers since we are still a torrent community and we need you guys to seed back what you took.
Losing your account
If you were to lose your account for example due to inactivity, having a bad ratio will make it harder to get your account back. To prevent suprises on this, we decided to show you the real ratio, so you can take proper action if needed.
