Large Thanksgiving update including JSON API documentation and fixes

There's a lot happening at BioTorrents.de these days.

To summarize, I've reworked the JSON API to return useful data about the information BioTorrents.de tracks, its users and community, etc. In the process I systematically documented and organized every feature I discovered, producing a set of clean, comprehensive API docs for Oppaitime-based sites.
