Some users may expierence their collected SP to reset back to zero once it's finished.
The torrent will then restart gaining SP per hour and the Hit and Run will not be cleared.
This is something we have been aware of for a period of time and which we hoped to have fixed, but which not seem to be the case.

If you are expieriencing this kind of behaviour on one of your torrent,
let us know in this thread so we can manually fix it for you until we have a working solution.
