1. Schedule for server-down

Server will be down as following schedule:

- April 29th 0:00 AM ~ May 1st 23:59 PM (Korean Time, GMT+9)


2. New Uploader

"madmatic" was promoted to Uploader class.

We expect that he'll be good uploader


3. Site management

There's some changes for this tracker.

- "Free Surfer" class was deleted.
- Tracker rules are updating until the end of April.
- We're testing on the function of RSS and RSS bookmark.


In addition, we're finding a volunteer for translating the rules to English.
