If you try to visit the (long gone) site's main page, you are going to see the well known (from the old days) login page, once again (which has resurfaced all of a sudden).
At this point, it's unkown what is actually going on, or what is the meaning of this, exactly.

To set things straight, as it seems, this is a project (Asiandvdclub2.org) by a guy, whose past and activities are apparently quite dubious. A few days ago, he bought, at an auction, the original site's domain name for $1600, and now (at his site) he's asking for donations, so he can actually go through with the payment.
You need to be very careful about this. Do not share your credentials from the old site there (login) or reveal any other personal info. There isn't (apart from the login page) a functional site going on at the moment, anyway.

Recruitment for members of cabal trackers / ADC members before 2019 can re-register freely
Staff group has started recruitment of members in a good standing on cabal trackers. Potential candidates might be asked a few questions regarding tracker functionality and rules. Knowledge of English language is necessary at the level of comprehension of rules, terms of service and site communications.
ADC members with registration prior to 2019 may re-register without specific requirements, proof of prior membership might be requested.
Registration can be done by contacting staff member via IRC channel or on Discord. Discord participation is highly recommended as the place for troubleshooting and technical support of the tracker.

Its strange no one knows. All reviews have this information, but this is a "new tracker"
