Apollo: Missing Confirmation Email?

Hello everybody.

There is an issue with our mail service that prevents the sending of confirmation emails to some providers.
If your friend triple-checked their spam mail after waiting an hour, and still does not have their confirmation email, they've likely slipped through the crack...

If this is the case, please post their EXACT username here and staff will manually enable their account...

If you signed up during open enrollment you were automatically enabled when you signed in - this post does not concern you.

Missing confirmation e-mail

Hi there,

This is exactly what happened to me, I received the invite, followed the invite, put all my info.. but then never got a e-mail confirmation to validate my e-mail account.

REMOVED

Any help would be super appreciated!

Hello, I feel as if this may be to late but I recently got invited and this exact scenario happened to me. My username on there was REMOVED. Please help me out if possible!

Just 1 post above yours man i mentioned that uou should never post your personal info in public. And you just mentioned your username in plain sight. Be more careful .
