Quoting a user's post also does the job, since the system sends an email notification as well in this case.

5) Last but not least, don't forget to check out THIS thread which contains some more rules and safety tips.

I told you:

So the first lucky applicants got an invite. No matted if they really need the tracker or if they are French. And other good users like @kinmonster got NOTHING.

You won't get any REPS for this GA.
