I would like to apply too.
I have several tracker accounts and never took a warning for ratio or for some other reason.
I have VPS for torrenting and good ratios on several trackers and I can give speedtest results of my VPS(100/100mbps).
My first post here, I don't think that the lucky user will be me but who knows :D
