I used to have an IPT account as shubhamgarg and this was a well seeded, well maintained account. However I didnt login to main site for a while and hence got pruned.
Seems there is no other way to enable my account again, hence need a new one.
Please don't be worried about maintaining the account, I will ensure that the ratio etc remains good.
