Exactly.I have same timezone as China. Because from their post they said start 26 24:00. And invites were received on 27th.
So 30th 24:00 would mean exactly what you said above.

Still available for a VERY short period of time, until the invite system closes.

@TheTrader 1 out of 3 invites was sent to @MrRana. Not enough quality applications, and some didn't respond in time. Now only VIP or above can send out invites. Thread close.
