thanks for your feedback and support. with all the respect I have another opinion: if a person deserves an invite - there is no sense to keep him/her waiting.

Actually this is not working this way:
1) It's very possible to find a more deserved winner if you wait for more than 5 hours.
2) If everybody was handling the threads this way the activity on TI would be WAY LOWER (and this is definitely not what we want).
