I have VPS( Virtual Private Server), it is used as seedbox. I have installed torrent application and i can proof speed over command line speedtest application on VPS.

get yourself a seedbox, otherwise its very difficult to maintain a good ratio on your trackers, seedboxes.cc and seedhost.eu have good options, check them out..
