I have slow internets but I have two of them cable for gaming and ADSL2+ for torrents and have a media PC witch seeds 24/7 I seed tv shows for 7 days each and only stop seeding when the next ep of that show comes out so my ratios are all ways good and not just fast short term seeding but long time seeding
